Effective 8 December 2014, MyClear will be extending the GIRO services till 5 p.m. Kindly note that clients on Internet Banking can submit their application via Access Online latest by 5p.m. GIRO transactions effected through AO will be charged 10 sen. For clarification, cut off time for manual instructions for fund transfers remain 3.30pm and manual transaction charges will apply.
Effective 2 January 2015, a processing fee of 50 sen will be charged per transaction on the issuer of the cheque. This fee is in addition to the existing stamp duty of 15 sen per cheque leaf in line with Bank Negara Malaysia's initiative to further improve the payment infrastructure to ensure payment services are easily accessible, secure and convenient.
