Effective 15 October 2016 we will cease offering RBS Access Online and Access Direct our electronic banking services.  Thereafter all transactions will be manually processed and manual processing charges will apply.

Effective 14 October 2016 the products below will be withdrawn as per our letter to you on 8 September 2016.

  • New Standing Order instructions (we will continue to support existing Standing Order instructions)

  • Cash deposits and withdrawals at the RBS counter

  • Cheque deposits at the RBS counter

  • Cheque Pickup

  • Issuance of new cheque books

  • Issuance of Bank Draft / Cheques and Cashiers Orders

  • Telegraphic transfers (both incoming and outgoing) of following currencies - Australian Dollar (AUD), Swiss

  • Franc (CHF), Danish Kroner (DKK), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Indian Rupees(INR), Japanese Yen (JPY),

  • Norwegian Kroner (NOK), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Swedish Kroner (SEK) and Thai Baht (THB).
